These Terms govern use of Kayroma at kayroma.com. Creating an account and using account-based functions means using the service under these rules.
1. Kayroma
Kayroma presents professional opportunities and connects people seeking work, assignments or projects with employers, companies and other entities seeking employees, specialists or subcontractors. It provides profiles, offers, matching, communications and public information pages.
2. PRV and ORG accounts
PRV accounts are primarily for individuals presenting professional profiles and seeking work or cooperation. ORG accounts are for employers, businesses or organisations publishing offers or seeking workers or subcontractors. Users must provide truthful material information, protect account access, and may not impersonate others or use accounts without authorisation.
3. Profiles and offers
Users are responsible for content, data, photos and materials they publish and confirm they have the right to use them. Offers should describe genuine opportunities. Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, rights-infringing, spam, phishing, malicious or security-bypassing content is prohibited.
4. Public publication
Content intended for publication may appear on public pages, particularly /jobs and /workforce, without login and may be indexed by search engines.
5. Match
Match and similar functions may analyse Kayroma information to suggest potentially suitable profiles or offers. They are assistance tools, not guarantees of qualifications, employment, availability, solvency or a contract. Users make their own decisions.
6. Communications
Kayroma may provide PRV–ORG and PRV–PRV communications. Threats, harassment, illegal content, spam, fraud attempts, malware and actions endangering users or the service are prohibited.
7. Moderation and restrictions
Kayroma may use technical measures, automated rules and human review to detect abuse, protect security and enforce these Terms. Depending on severity, Kayroma may restrict visibility, reject or remove content, restrict functions, suspend or terminate access. Relevant factors may include illegality, harm, repetition, scale and prior violations. Users may challenge a decision through Kayroma’s current contact channels.
8. Reporting
Potentially illegal or Terms-violating content or conduct may be reported through available service mechanisms or current contact channels. Reports should identify the content or conduct and explain the reason.
9. Kayroma’s role
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kayroma is not the employer, employee, employment agency or party to contracts between users. Employment, assignment, project, remuneration and cooperation terms are agreed by the parties. Users should independently verify material information.
10. Availability and changes
Kayroma is developed continuously and functions may change. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, particularly during maintenance, failures, security events or infrastructure-provider problems.
11. Ending use
Users may stop using Kayroma. The operator may restrict or terminate service for violations of law, these Terms, security or others’ rights. Personal-data consequences are described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Rights in Kayroma
Rights in Kayroma software, layout, marks and operator-owned materials remain with the operator or other entitled parties.
13. Complaints and contact
Service comments, complaints, abuse reports and other matters may be submitted through Kayroma’s current contact channels with enough information to understand the matter.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms may change due to service development, functionality, security or law. Users will be appropriately informed of material changes. The current version is published here.
15. Governing law
Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rights available to users under applicable law, particularly consumer-protection rules. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
