Job as an energy technician in Poland.

JW Solutions is looking for 8 people for the position of energy technician for on-site work under B2B cooperation or a contract for specific work. The offer is intended for individual workers; it does not concern subcontractor companies or established teams of self-employed professionals.

The scope of work includes the assembly and maintenance of electrical power installations and the operation of equipment and power supply systems for the FSRU terminal. Duties also include technical inspections of electrical installations, checking the condition of switchboards and transformer stations, carrying out electrical measurements and equipment diagnostics, as well as monitoring network voltage and load parameters. The work also involves support with the installation and commissioning of emergency power supply systems, UPS units and generator sets, carrying out service work, removing faults, and checking the correct operation of electrical protections.

Daily tasks also include operating measuring and control equipment, supporting the integration of the FSRU unit’s power installations with onshore infrastructure, participating in FAT and SAT tests, and taking part in equipment start-up and technical acceptance procedures. An important part of the job is reading electrical diagrams and technical documentation, keeping measurement and service records, reporting failures and technical irregularities, and cooperating with engineers and execution teams.

Required qualifications include SEP G1 authorisation, category B driving licence, Polish at B1 level and English at A1 level. The work is carried out in line with occupational health and safety procedures, including safety rules in ATEX explosive-risk zones, and according to supervisors’ instructions. Employment starts immediately and runs until 2027-06-26. The salary is from EUR 0 to EUR 35 gross per hour, with working time from 35 to 60 hours per week.
